Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for any reason as long as you cancel it before your order has been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will be unable to cancel it, but you can request to return the item up to 30 days after delivery. All cancellation requests must be submitted here. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

My order has been canceled. When will I get my refund?

If your paid order has been canceled, your payment will be refunded to your account. This normally takes no longer than 48 hours.

Why has my order been canceled?

Sometimes orders are canceled for security reasons. If you received an email from us please follow the instructions provided. If you have not received an email, you can try to place the order again later or contact us.

I paid for my order already, but I haven't received a message from my bank. What's going on?

Because we are processing a high amount of payments at the same time, it might take a bit longer than usual before you get an update from your bank. We advise you to check your order status again in 6 hours.

I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do?

If you paid with a credit card, the money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes up to 48 hours for the money to arrive.

If it has been more than 48 hours since your refund request was approved, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase. 

Method 1 You can track your order with the tracking number we sent to your email. Please check your spam folder for the email. If you cannot find the email, please let us know. We will send the email back out to you.

If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. Feel free to contact us with any questions on this issue.

Method 2 You can request a refund by contacting our customer support team. 

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact us with a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction as well as photos of the defective product (if applicable).

Please make sure to do this no more than 30 days after your purchase to ensure a smooth refund process. If it has been over 30 days since your purchase, it is still possible to get a partial refund.

Why can't I get expedited shipping for my order?

In order to keep shipping on our site free or low-cost to all customers, we are only able to provide standard shipping at this time. We plan to add other shipping options as our business expands.
